The product

The platform that runs your sales operation.

The system that makes your sales and support operation happen: full CRM, multichannel support, AI agents, campaigns and automations, Company Brain, supervision and scoreboard in R$ — on a single core, with Shopify, Bling and official WhatsApp connected.

01

Full CRM.

Contacts, companies, deals and pipeline — and the conversation becomes a deal at the first stage without anyone typing.

  • As many pipelines as the company needs; each channel points to its own, and stages move automatically as the operation runs.
  • Contact record with the full order: items, value, status in plain language, tracking, delivery address, invoice and ERP number.
  • Companies enriched by CNPJ. Automatic tags by stage, idle time and origin channel.
  • Tasks on a team calendar, linked to contacts and deals, with reminders by email and WhatsApp — created by people, by automation or by the agent itself.
  • Contact export in CSV/XLSX and spreadsheet import, matching by phone and email.

02

Multichannel support.

WhatsApp via Meta's official API, WhatsApp via QR code, Instagram Direct, Telegram and SMS in a single inbox — for the whole team, with WhatsApp feature parity.

  • Several people handling the same official number. The conversation is assigned to whoever replied; you can transfer between channels and agents.
  • Coexistence: the official API works alongside the phone app, and the number's history can be imported.
  • Queue with filters by status and time without a reply. Customer audio transcribed automatically.
  • Beside the conversation, the customer record: data, tags, open deals, orders from the store and the ERP, catalog with stock.
  • For the agent: an AI corrector in the company's tone, quick replies, message sequences (text, audio, photo, video in sequence) and the "Ask the Agent" button, which answers about order, sale and stock without leaving the conversation.
  • The AI agent respects the team's schedule: during human support hours it stays on reserve and only steps in if no one replies within X minutes; outside those hours, it answers right away.

03

AI agents.

Specialized agents, each with a function, knowledge, rules, tools and limits — within what the company authorizes.

  • Support — answers whoever contacts the company, at any time, and hands off to a person in over 30 configurable situations.
  • Sales recovery — abandoned cart and pending payment in a sequence of up to 4 attempts, with 50 native angles; takes over the conversation when the customer replies.
  • Post-sale and repurchase — over 20 ready strategies, from usage guidance to replenishment by estimated consumption, with factory safeguards.
  • Prospecting — finds new companies and prepares the approach; by product decision, it talks to no one — a person sends.

They all read the Company Brain and their own knowledge bases. No agent that talks to a customer has a reporting or financial tool. Discount and stock limits are a lock in the code, not a polite request in the prompt.

04

Campaigns & Automations.

Segmentation by real buying behavior, campaigns from the official number and processes that run by trigger: when X happens, do Y.

Behavior-based lists

  • Who actually paid — by the order's financial status, not by the record.
  • Who tried and didn't pay. Who bought only once. Who bought twice or more.
  • Who hasn't bought in X days. Who is running out of the product, by estimated consumption.
  • By product, amount spent, period, tag, channel or origin. Or a spreadsheet of yours, matched with the contacts.

Campaigns

  • Broadcasts from the official number with Meta-approved templates — created and sent for approval from inside the platform, with AI help in the writing.
  • Up to 5 templates in rotation, a pace of 1 to 60 per minute, scheduling, a retry for those who didn't receive it.
  • Buttons in the template with an automatic reply on tap. A "don't send to those who buy" toggle for sequences that avoid repeating an offer.
  • Whoever replies lands in a conversation — with the channel's agent, or with your team taking over right away.

Automations

  • Triggers: contact created, conversation opened, message received, deal created, stage moved, tag applied, Instagram comment.
  • Actions: send a message or template, move a stage, apply a tag, create a task, assign an owner, transfer to a person, send an email, call a webhook.

Order notifications

  • "Payment confirmed" and "tracking code generated" go out instantly, without anyone typing — and without needing an AI agent.
  • A tracking link that leads to the carrier's correct site, based on the code's format.

Per-person safeguards, combined across all strategies: a time window, a daily limit, a minimum gap between automatic messages, an open conversation in the last 24h delays the send, and the "Do not disturb" list applies to everything.

Company Brain.

What your company knows, written once — in 21 sections — and used by every agent, for the customer and for the team.

  • Company knowledge: identity, what it sells, audience, sales process, payment, delivery, policies, objections, seasonality, competition, channels.
  • Hard rules for the agents: what to never say, do or promise. Confidentiality by profile: who can know what.
  • Each agent also has its own knowledge base — questions and answers, PDFs, spreadsheets — and a persona, tone and goal.
  • Corrected a rule? The correction applies to the next conversations, not just one.
  • Company identity
  • What the company sells
  • Audience and customers
  • Sales process
  • Payment
  • Delivery and logistics
  • Company policies
  • Objections and ready answers
  • Seasonality and dates
  • Competition
  • Support channels
  • Rules for the AI agents
  • Confidentiality by profile
  • Standard messages
  • Problems and crises
  • Marketing and acquisition
  • … and 5 more.

06

AI supervision.

The manager sees the whole operation without reading everything.

  • Live dashboard — who is waiting and for how long, load per agent, an inbox of the unanswered, an alert for a conversation blowing past its limit.
  • Reports — first-response and resolution time per agent and per channel; volume by period; support gaps (uncovered hours and days).
  • Sales coach — a score per conversation, conduct alerts and an executive summary with training recommendations.
  • Problems and crises — a mass investigation ("everything that should have gone to a human and didn't", "unhappy customer", "unanswered question"); each finding points to the real message and can be handed off in bulk to support.
  • Review AI — the queue for auditing the agent's replies. And the log of everything that happened in the system.

Scoreboard in R$.

Every message, agent and strategy measured by what they returned — and only money that came in counts: an order paid, not an order created.

  • Recovery: a sale paid within 7 days of the touch, credited to the last touch. Reports by angle, by agent, by sequence attempt and the named list of who came back.
  • Repurchase: the same measurement rule, with the window set per agent.
  • Two questions, two answers: which message drives replies (reply rate) and which strategy drives sales (R$).
  • Analyses by origin: traffic campaign (UTM), recovery, post-sale, direct support — over the period you choose.
  • A watcher rechecks each order's financial status periodically. The scoreboard doesn't count a boleto that wasn't paid.

Opinion is a technical tie. The scoreboard is the decision.

Revenue attributed to a message is what happened within the window. We don't claim the message was the only cause — some people would buy anyway. Ignoring the effect underestimates the process; attributing everything to it overestimates.

08

Integrations.

The platform sees the real order. Available means available; what's on the radar stays on the radar.

  • Shopify Customers, orders, abandoned cart and pending payment come in on their own; sale origin (UTM) recorded.
  • Bling ERP Tracking code, carrier and order invoice; catalog and stock at hand during support.
  • WhatsApp via Meta official API Multiple agents on the same number; Meta-approved templates for campaigns and sequences.
  • WhatsApp coexistence The official API works alongside the phone app — the number stays on the device.
  • WhatsApp via QR code Unofficial channel, for support.
  • Instagram Direct · Telegram · SMS In the same inbox, for the whole team.
  • Lead capture A site or landing page form creates the contact with origin, UTM and entry page.

On the radar — not available yet

Nuvemshop · WooCommerce · VTEX · Tray · Yampi · CartPanda · Mercado Livre · Shopee · Amazon · Tiny (Olist) · Melhor Envio · Correios · Jadlog · email marketing.

New stores, ERPs and channels come in through an adapter: the core — pipeline, agents, scoreboard, safeguards — is one; each new platform is a translator plugged into it. If your tool is on the radar, mention it in the conversation.

Control stays with the company.

What's already true today, with no extra promises.

  • Data isolated per company, with rules applied straight in the database — each row carries its owning company.
  • Roles (owner, administrator, member), per-screen access profiles and per-channel access.
  • An audit trail that can't be erased: each agent run with the tools it used, each handoff with its reason.
  • A real "Do not disturb": whoever asks to stop leaves the automatic messages right away, and the agent records the request.
  • You switch each handoff situation and each strategy on and off; you take over any of the agent's conversations instantly and give it back later.
  • Export contacts and reports. The owner can delete the company account permanently.

On LGPD, encryption at rest and tested backups, we make no public claim until there is formal validation — the technical capabilities exist in part; the claim, only with evidence.
