Service

IAtização.

Implementing artificial intelligence in your operation — deciding, part by part, what the system does, what your team does and where AI helps. It can end with your team doing everything, with AI alongside.

Deploying the Platform and IAtizing the company are different things.

One is putting the system to work on top of the operation that exists. The other is redesigning the operation with intelligence — and includes the first.

Assisted deployment

The entry point. It can exist without IAtização.

  • Connect channels, CRM, Shopify or Bling and the official WhatsApp.
  • Import the database; set up lists, campaigns, automations and message sequences.
  • Fill in the Company Brain; define handoff situations and team scheduling.
  • Train the team on support and supervision.

IAtização

The deeper intervention. It includes the deployment and goes beyond.

  • Diagnosis of the operation: what happens, what should happen and does not.
  • Design: where the person executes, where they are assisted, where they decide, where the system acts.
  • Deployment of the design — and the operation tracked, measured, corrected.
  • Processes that do not exist today come into being; those that depended on memory start running.

What IAtização is not.

Before saying what it is, what it is not — because that is where most people get it wrong.

  • Replacing people with AI. Replacement is neither a principle nor a necessary consequence. The team stays; what changes is how much work reaches it.
  • Installing a chatbot. A chatbot is a surface. IAtização is a change in how the operation works.
  • Putting an agent on support. Support is one of the possible processes — not the definition of the service. You can IAtize without any agent talking to a customer.
  • Automating everything. Automating what should not be automated destroys value. The design decides what runs and what stays with people.
  • Maximizing autonomy. The ideal autonomy is not the maximum: it is the one suited to each process — by volume, by risk, by predictability.

The four stages.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

What is your operation not doing?

We map how the company sells and serves today — channels, volume, team, systems — and the work that exists only as intention: the follow-up nobody did, the customer nobody called back, the cart nobody recovered. That is where intelligence generates results first.

  2. 02

    Design

Who does what — and how far can the system go?

Part by part: what the team keeps doing, where AI helps whoever is serving, what the system runs and hands to a person when needed, what runs automatically within the rules. And how each part is supervised and measured.

  3. 03

    Deployment

How does this fit into what you already use?

Channels, CRM, Shopify or Bling, imported database, lists, campaigns, message sequences, automations, Company Brain, handoff situations, team scheduling — set up together with your team. It is the same assisted deployment that many companies hire on its own.

  4. 04

    Operation

Is it working — and is it improving?

Track the scoreboard, review the conversations, correct rules and knowledge. A correction applies to the next executions, not just one. Learning here is operational: no model is retrained with your data.

The diagnosis produces hypotheses about opportunity — not revenue. The scoreboard produces revenue attributed within a window — not proof of sole cause. We do not present an estimate as a result, nor attributed revenue as revenue caused by BANMO alone.

Where intelligence comes in — and where a person stays.

Two separate questions in each process: who executes, and how far the system can act on its own.

High autonomy fits processes of high volume, low risk and predictable behavior: cart recovery, replenishment by consumption, order notifications, trigger-based follow-up.

A person stays on high-value or irreversible decisions, on sensitive situations — health and legal are set to transfer from the start —, on relationships that depend on judgment, and in every situation where the company wants a person to respond, regardless of what the system could do.

What stays with the company: rules, knowledge, message sequences, automations and handoff situations belong to the organization — recorded, configured, measurable. When someone leaves, this does not leave with them.

Three depths. One product.

They are not three plans nor three products — they are ways of entering the same Platform.

  1. On screen

Connect channels, store and ERP and configure everything through the Platform itself, with a guided step by step.

  2. Assisted deployment

BANMO gets it up and running with you — the most common way to start.

  3. IAtização

Diagnosis, design, deployment and tracked operation. For those who want to redesign how the operation works.

Not sure where AI fits in your company? We figure it out with you.

The diagnosis begins with a conversation about how your operation works today. No commitment to an agent, to autonomy or to a chatbot — to your operation.

Your data stays in our own CRM — the same platform you are evaluating. After you send it, you continue on WhatsApp with the message ready.
